SAN DIEGO (January 21, 2015) – Councilmember Alvarez has issued the following statement in response to the Mayor’s Multi-Year Capital Planning Report:
The report tells us what we already know -- the Mayor has no plan to fix our City’s infrastructure.
Five years from now, without real action by the Mayor, City facilities and streets will be in worse condition than they are today.
